۞ Also We revealed unto Moses, 'Go with My servants by night; surely you will be followed.' 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 So We turned them out of gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 Then drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
