Indeed, We created the human. We know the whisperings of his soul, and are closer to him than the jugular vein. 16 When the two angels meet together, sitting one on the right, and one on the left, 17 each word he utters shall be noted down by a vigilant guardian. 18 And the agony of death cometh in truth. (And it is said unto him): This is that which thou wast wont to shun. 19 And the trumpet blast will sound: It would be the Day of Doom. 20 And there shall come every soul therewith shall be a driver and a witness. 21 (And the driver will say:) "You were oblivious of this, so we have removed the veil, and how keen is your sight today!" 22 And his comrade shall say, 'This is what I have, made ready.' 23 "Cast into Hell every ungrateful, rebellious one, 24 forbidder of good, transgressor and doubter, 25 who has set up another deity beside God: cast him, then, cast him into suffering severe!" 26 ۞ His [devil] companion will say, "Our Lord, I did not make him transgress, but he [himself] was in extreme error." 27 Allah will say: "Dispute not in front of Me, I had already, in advance, sent you the threat. 28 No word is to be exchanged in My presence. I am not unjust to My servants". 29
