▼ 29 The Spider
Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
The life of this world is only a sport and play. It is surely the home of the Hereafter that will indeed be life extended and new, if only they knew! 64 When they sail in a boat, they sincerely pray to God with pure faith. But when We bring them safely to land, they start considering things equal to God. 65 In order to be ungrateful for Our favours; and to use the comforts; therefore they will soon come to know. 66 Do they not see that We have given them a safe sanctuary, while all around them men are being despoiled? Do they then believe what is false, and deny the bounty of God? 67 And who is more unjust than one who invents a lie about Allah or denies the truth when it has come to him? Is there not in Hell a [sufficient] residence for the disbelievers? 68 We shall guide those who strive in Our cause to the paths leading straight to Us. Surely God is with those who do good. 69
True are the words of God the Almighty.
