Verily God will admit those who believe and do the right into gardens with streams of water running by. But the unbelievers revel and carouse and subsist like beasts, and Hell will be their residence. 12 (O Prophet), how many are the cities that had greater power than your city that drove you out? We destroyed them and there was none to protect them. 13 Is he then who standeth on an evidence from his Lord like unto him whose evil of work is made fair-seeming for him and those who follow their lusts? 14 A likeness of the Garden which hath been promised to the God-fearing; therein are rivers of water incorruptible, and rivers of milk whereof the flavour changeth not, and rivers of wine a joy unto the drinkers, and rivers of honey clarified. Theirs therein shall be every kind of fruit, and forgiveness from their Lord. Shall persons enjoying such bliss be like unto those who are abiders in the Fire and are given to drink boiling water so that it mangleth their entrails? 15 Among them are those who listen to you, but then, when they leave your presence, say to those who have been given knowledge [Scripture], "What was that he just said?" Such are those whose hearts God has sealed, and who follow their own base desires. 16 But those who are guided aright, them He increases in guidance, and gives them their godfearing. 17 Are they looking except for the Hour to overtake them suddenly? Its signs have come. But how will they be reminded when it has come to them? 18 Know, therefore, that there is no god but Allah, and ask forgiveness for thy fault, and for the men and women who believe: for Allah knows how ye move about and how ye dwell in your homes. 19
