Nay, by the moon, 32 by the retreating night, 33 By the dawn when it lightens! 34 Surely it (hell) is one of the gravest (misfortunes), 35 a warning to mortal man 36 to whoever of you desires to go forward or lag behind. 37 Every soul shall be pledged for what it has earned, 38 Except the people of the right hand, 39 Sitting in the gardens, asking 40 concerning the sinners, 41 "What led you into Hell Fire?" 42 They shall say, 'We were not of those who prayed, and 43 and we did not feed the poor; 44 We plunged in with the plungers 45 and the Day of Judgment we were wont to call a lie 46 "Till death overcame us." 47 The intercession of the intercessors shall then be of no avail to them. 48 What is the matter with them that they turn away from this Reminder, 49 As if they were alarmed donkeys 50 running away from a lion? 51 Rather, every person among them desires that he would be given scriptures spread about. 52 No, indeed they have no fear of the Everlasting Life. 53 No indeed; surely it is a Reminder; 54 Let anyone who seeks guidance do so. 55 they will only take heed if God so wills: He is the Lord who is worthy to be feared: the Lord of forgiveness. 56
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
