Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit); 1 Then by oath of those that push with a strong gust. 2 by (the angels) spreading (the words of God) far and wide, 3 And by the Verses (of the Quran) that separate the right from the wrong. 4 Then spread abroad a Message, 5 to serve as an excuse or a warning. 6 Surely, what you are promised must come to pass. 7 When the stars are obliterated, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder, 9 And when the mountains are blown away, 10 And when the messengers are (all) appointed a time (to collect);- 11 For what Day are these signs postponed? 12 To the Day of Judgement. 13 And what will make you comprehend what the day of decision is? 14 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 15 Did We not destroy the earlier people? 16 So shall We make later generations to follow them. 17 thus do We deal with the culprits. 18 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 19 Did We not create you from a base fluid 20 Then We placed it in a secure resting-place, 21 For a known term? 22 Thus We have determined the stages of development and Our power to determine is excellent indeed. 23 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 24 Have We not made the earth a container 25 for the living and the dead, 26 Set We not therein soaring mountains? Sated you with sweetest water? 27 On that Day (of Judgment) woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 28 “Move towards what you used to deny!” 29 "Depart ye to a Shadow (of smoke ascending) in three columns, 30 Neither having the coolness of the shade nor availing against the flame. 31 and throwing up sparks as huge as towers 32 sparks like to golden herds. 33 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 34 This is the Day they shall not speak, 35 Nor will it be permitted for them to make an excuse. 36 On that day, woe would be those who have rejected God's revelations! 37 This is the Day of Decision, We have brought you and the men of old together. 38 Now, if ye have a trick (or plot), use it against Me! 39 Woe on the day unto the beliers! 40
