The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

The Clatterer! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool, 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11
