The Key (Al-Faatehah)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful 1
All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) 4 You alone we worship, and to You alone we turn for help. 5 Guide us on the Straight Path. 6 the path of those whom Thou hast blessed, not of those against whom Thou art wrathful, nor of those who are astray. 7
