And the people of the Hijr (rocks) denied the Noble Messengers. 80 We gave them Our signs, but they turned away from them. 81 notwithstanding that they had been wont [to enjoy Our blessings and] to hew out dwellings from the mountains, [wherein they could live] in security 82 But the (Awful) Cry overtook them at the morning hour, 83 Therefore their earnings did not in the least benefit them. 84 AND [remember:] We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them without [an inner] truth; but, behold, the Hour [when this will become clear to all] is indeed yet to come. Hence, forgive [men's failings] with fair forbearance: 85 Surely your Lord is the All Knowing Creator! 86 We have given you the seven dual (verses, Al Fatihah) and the Mighty Holy Reading (Koran). 87 So covet not things We have bestowed on a portion of them to enjoy, and do not grieve for them, and protect those who believe; 88 Say, "Indeed, I am simply one who warns." 89 Such as We send down for those who make division, 90 those who had split up their Qur'an into pieces. 91 Now by thy Lord, We shall surely question them all together 92 About what they used to do. 93 Proclaim then, what you are commanded and turn away from the unbelievers. 94 For sufficient are We unto thee against those who scoff,- 95 Those who set up another god with Allah; so they shall soon know. 96 And well do We know that thy bosom is constricted by the [blasphemous] things that they say: 97 But hymn the praise of thy Lord, and be of those who make prostration (unto Him). 98 and worship thy Sustainer till death comes to thee. 99
