And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 And it is He Who has created you on the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered back. 79 And He it is who grants life and deals death; and to Him is due the alternation of night and day. Will you not, then, use your reason? 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 We were promised such things and so were our forefathers before us. All these are no more than tales of the past." 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will surely say: God. Say thou: will ye not then fear? 87 Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,- who protects (all), but is not protected (of any)? (say) if ye know." 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 God has not taken to Himself a son, nor is there any other deity besides Him; otherwise, each god would have walked away with what he had created. They would surely have tried to overcome one another. Glory be to God, above all that they ascribe to Him. 91 All-Knower of the unseen and the seen! Exalted be He over all that they associate as partners to Him! 92
