Al-Inshiqaaq
The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
25 verses, revealed in Mecca after Shattering (Al-Infitaar) before The Romans (Al-Room)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ When the sky bursts open, 1 And hearkens to its Lord and is dutiful, 2 And when the earth is stretched forth, 3 And it unburdens itself of all that is in it, and becomes empty. 4 obeying its Sustainer, as in truth it must: 5 O human, you are working hard towards your Lord and you will meet Him. 6 he who is given his record in his right hand 7 will be easy, 8 And he will return to his family rejoicing. 9 And whoever is given his record of deeds behind his back – 10 Will pray for death, 11 But will be roasted in the fire. 12 He lived rejoicing among his people, 13 Verily he imagined that he would not be back. 14 Yes indeed; his Lord had sight of him. 15 Nay; I swear by the twilight; 16 And by the night and that which it driveth together, 17 And by the moon when she is at the full, 18 that you will certainly pass through one stage after another. 19 What is the matter with them, that they do not believe 20 and when the Koran is recited to them they do not bow? ۩ 21 Nay, but the unbelievers are crying lies, 22 and God knows very well what they are secreting. 23 So give them tidings of a painful punishment, 24 But those who believe and work righteous works, theirs shall be a hire unending. 25
True are the words of God the Almighty.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
