۞ No! I swear by the positions of the stars – 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 no one can touch it except the purified ones. 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 We are closer to him than you, even though you cannot see? 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 [ALL OF YOU are destined to die.] Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God, 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
