Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the scatterers (the wind) scattering, 1 And those that bear the burden (of the rain) 2 Then those (ships) that glide easily, 3 And those that distribute and apportion by Command;- 4 Verily that wherewith ye are threatened is surely true. 5 The Judgement will indeed take place. 6 By the heaven full of paths, 7 Certainly, you have different ideas (about Muhammad SAW and the Quran). 8 Only those who are destined to revert, are reverted from it. 9 Perish the conjecturers 10 who are heedless in the immersion. 11 They ask: When is the Day of Judgment? 12 Upon the day when they shall be tried at the Fire: 13 "Taste you your trial (burning)! This is what you used to ask to be hastened!" 14 Surely the God-fearing will find themselves in the midst of gardens and springs. 15 Receiving what is given them by their Lord. They were surely the virtuous before this. 16 they would lie asleep during but a small part of the night, 17 And in the hours before dawn, they were (found) asking (Allah) for forgiveness, 18 They assigned a share of their property for the needy and the destitute. 19 In the earth are signs for those having sure faith; 20 there are signs for firm believers. Do you not see then? 21 There is in the heavens your sustenance, and whatever has been promised you. 22 And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth, it is the truth, even as (it is true) that ye speak. 23
