As for those who, after persecution, migrated from their homes for the cause of God, We will provide them with a goodly abode in this life: but truly the reward of the Hereafter will be greater, if they only knew it. 41 (They are) those who remained patient (in this world for Allah's sake), and put their trust in their Lord (Allah Alone). 42 AND [even] before thy time, [O Muhammad,] We never sent [as Our apostles] any but [mortal] men, whom We inspired: and if you have not [yet] realized this, ask the followers of [earlier] revelation," 43 (We sent them) with clear signs and the Psalms. And We sent down to you the Remembrance so that you can make clear to people what has been sent down to them, in order that they reflect. 44 Do those who do evil feel secure that Allah will not make the earth to swallow them, or that the punishment will not fall upon them from where they do not know? 45 or that He will not take them to task [suddenly] in the midst of their comings and goings, without their being able to elude [Him,] 46 Or that He would not seize them gradually [in a state of dread]? But indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful. 47 HAVE, THEN, they [who deny the truth] never considered any of the things that God has created [how] their shadows turn right and left, prostrating themselves before God and utterly submissive [to His will]? 48 To God bows everything in the heavens, and every creature crawling on the earth, and the angels. They have not waxed proud; 49 they fear their Lord above them, and do what they are commanded. ۩ 50
