With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 and We created pairs of all things so that you might reflect. 49 Flee, therefore, to Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him; 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them, but they said: "A sorcerer or a madman!" 52 Have they handed down (the saying) as an heirloom one unto another? Nay, but they are froward folk. 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 But go on reminding them, as reminding benefits the believers. 55 I have not created the jinns and men but to worship Me. 56 I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 So verily unto those who do wrong there is a portion like unto the portion of their fellows; wherefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60
