Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Hast thou received the story of the Enveloper? 1 On that day (many) faces will be downcast, 2 Labouring, striving hard. 3 roasting at a scorching fire, 4 Drinking from a boiling spring, 5 No food will there be for them but a poisonous thorny plant, 6 Which doth not nourish nor release from hunger. 7 (Whereas other) faces on that Day will be joyful, 8 Rejoicing over their efforts. 9 in a sublime garden, 10 In which they will not hear any lewd speech. 11 Wherein is a gushing spring, 12 and couches raised high, 13 and goblets placed ready, 14 And cushions ranged! 15 and rich carpets levelled out. 16 Do they never reflect on the camels and how they were created, 17 how the heavens are raised up high, 18 how the mountains were hoisted, 19 And at the earth, how it is spread out? 20 Admonish thou then; thou art but an admonisher. 21 You are not a watcher over them; 22 Other than him who turns his back and denies, 23 God will punish them with the greatest torment. 24 Truly, to Us is their return; 25 and verily, It is for Us to call them to account. 26

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
