Perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) from mid-day till the darkness of the night (i.e. the Zuhr, 'Asr, Maghrib, and 'Isha' prayers), and recite the Quran in the early dawn (i.e. the morning prayer). Verily, the recitation of the Quran in the early dawn is ever witnessed (attended by the angels in charge of mankind of the day and the night). 78 And from [part of] the night, pray with it as additional [worship] for you; it is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praised station. 79 (Muhammad), say, "Lord, make me enter through a path that will lead to the Truth and come out of an exit that will take me to the Truth. Give me helpful authority. 80 Say, 'Truth has come and falsehood has been banished; it is doomed to banishment.'" 81 We send down in the Quran that which is healing and a mercy to those who believe; as for the evil-doers, it only increases their loss. 82 Yet when We bestow Our favours on man, he turns away and becomes remote on his side (instead of coming to Us), and when evil seizes him he gives himself up to despair! 83 Say: "Everyone acts in a manner peculiar to himself - and your Sustainer is fully aware as to who has chosen the best path." 84
