Al-Naml 5 of 7
Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “All praise is to Allah, and peace upon His chosen bondmen; is Allah better or what you ascribe as His partners?” 59 Or He Who created the heavens and the earth, and sent down water from the sky for you; so We grew delightful gardens with it; you had no strength to grow its trees; is there a God along with Allah?! In fact they are those who shun the right path. 60 Is not he best Who hath made the earth a fixed abode and placed rivers in the midst thereof and placed firm mountains thereon, and hath set a barrier between the two seas? Is there any god along with Allah? Nay! but most of them know not. 61 Who is it Who heeds the prayers of the distressed when he calls out to Him and Who removes his affliction? And who is it Who makes you vicegerents of the earth? Is there any god associated with Allah (in this task)? How little do you reflect! 62 Is He [not best] who guides you through the darknesses of the land and sea and who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy? Is there a deity with Allah? High is Allah above whatever they associate with Him. 63 "(Are the idols worthier or) the One who began the creation and who will turn it back, who gives you sustenance from the heavens and the earth? Is there any lord besides God? Say, "Bring your proof if what you say is true." 64 Say: "None in the heavens or on earth knows the hidden reality [of anything that exists: none knows it] save God." And neither can they [who are living] perceive when they shall be raised from the dead: 65 Aye! their knowledge attaineth not to the Hereafter, Aye! they are in doubt thereof. Aye! thereunto they are blind. 66
