۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds! 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 and that hour you are watching 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.) 86 That you bring it back, if you are truthful? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
