▼ 70 The Heights
Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2
What is the matter with unbelievers that they stare at you with fixed gazes and hasten towards you 36 left and right, in numerous groups? 37 Coveteth every man of them, that he shall enter the Garden of Delight? 38 Never! For, behold, We have created them out of something that they know [only too well]! 39 But nay! I call to witness [Our being] the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise and sunset: verily, well able are We 40 To replace them by others better than they; and We are not to be outrun. 41 So leave them to their vain disputes and amusement till they meet their day (of reckoning) promised them, 42 the day they shall come forth from the tombs hastily, as if they were hurrying unto a waymark, 43 humbled their eyes, overspreading them abasement. That is the day which they were promised. 44
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
