And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
