Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Ya Sin 1 By the wise Qur'an. 2 Lo! thou art of those sent 3 on a straight path, 4 with a revelation sent down by the Mighty One, the Merciful, 5 so that you may warn a people whose ancestors were not warned before wherefore they are heedless. 6 Indeed, the word [of God's condemnation] is bound to come true against most of them: for they will not believe. 7 Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft. 8 and We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier; and We have covered them, so they do not see. 9 And it is the same for them, whether you warn them or do not warn them – they will not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence). 12
