۞ It is Allah Who created you in a state of weakness; then after weakness He gave you strength, then after strength He made you weak and old. He creates what He pleases. He is All-Knowing, All-Powerful. 54 Upon the Day when the Hour has come, the harmdoers will swear that they had stayed no more than an hour. As such they are deceived. 55 And said those who received knowledge and faith, “You have indeed stayed in the decree of Allah until the Day of Restoration; so this is the Day of Restoration, but you did not know.” 56 But on that day their excuse shall not profit those who were unjust, nor shall they be regarded with goodwill. 57 In this Koran We have set forth for mankind all manner of examples. Yet if you bring to them a sign the unbelievers will surely say: 'You are but falsifiers' 58 In this way does God seal the hearts of those who do not [want to] know [the truth]. 59 So have patience. The promise of God is surely true; and let not those who do not believe make you relax (your endeavours). 60
