And yet, whoever does [the least] of righteous deeds and is a believer withal, his endeavour shall not be disowned: for, behold, We shall record it in his favour. 94 It is ordained that no nation We have destroyed shall ever rise again, 95 Even when Gog and Magog are let loose and they shall break forth from every elevated place. 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 [Then they will be told:] "Verily, you and all that you [were wont to] worship instead of God are but the fuel of hell: that is what you are destined for. 98 If those had been gods, they would never have gone down to it; yet every one of them shall therein abide forever;' 99 There they shall groan with anguish and the din and noise in Hell will not let them hear anything. 100 Those for whom the good (record) from Us has gone before, will be removed far therefrom. 101 They shall not hear the least sound thereof, and in that felicity which their souls desire they shall be abiders. 102 They will have safety from the mighty terror, and angels will receive them, (saying:) "This is your day which had been promised you." 103 On that Day, We shall roll up the heaven like a written scroll is rolled. As We originated the first creation, so will We bring it back again. This is a binding promise on Us which We shall assuredly fulfill. 104 And certainly We wrote in the Book after the reminder that (as for) the land, My righteous servants shall inherit it. 105 This is a lesson for those who worship (God). 106 And [thus, O Prophet,] We have sent thee as [an evidence of Our] grace towards all the worlds. 107 Say: "It is revealed to me that your God is only One God. Will you, then, submit to Him?" 108 If they turn away, say to them: "I have warned you all alike; and I cannot say whether what you have been promised is near or distant. 109 Surely He knows what is spoken openly and He knows what you hide; 110 And I do not know if this may be a trial for you and a provision till a time. 111 "Judge in truth (between us), O Lord," he said. "Our Lord is merciful, whose help we seek against what you attribute." 112
