Blessed is He Who made the constellations in the heavens and made therein a lamp and a shining moon. 61 And He it is Who hath appointed night and day in succession, for him who desireth to remember, or desireth thankfulness. 62 For, [true] servants of the Most Gracious are [only] they who walk gently on earth, and who, whenever the foolish address them, reply with [words of] peace; 63 They are those who spend the night worshipping their Lord, prostrating, and standing, 64 who pray, "Our Lord, save us from the torment of Hell, for its torment is killing: 65 Indeed, it is evil as a settlement and residence." 66 And those who when they expend, are neither extravagant nor sparing, and it is a medium in-between. 67 And those who invoke not any other ilah (god) along with Allah, nor kill such life as Allah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse and whoever does this shall receive the punishment. 68 The punishment shall be doubled to him on the day of resurrection, and he shall abide therein in abasement; 69 except he who repents and believes and does good works those, Allah will change their evil deeds into good deeds; Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. 70 And whoever repents and does good has truly turned to Allah with an (acceptable) conversion;- 71 And [know that true servants of God are only] those who never bear witness to what is false, and [who,] whenever they pass by [people engaged in] frivolity, pass on with dignity; 72 And those who, when they are reminded of the revelations of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat. 73 And they who say: O our Lord! grant us in our wives and our offspring the joy of our eyes, and make us guides to those who guard (against evil). 74 Those shall be recompensed with the highest rank for their patience. There they shall receive a greeting, and peace! 75 There they shall abide forever: a blessed dwelling and a blessed resting place. 76 Say: 'My Lord cares little for you if it was not for your supplication, indeed you have belied (the Messenger and the Koran) so it (the punishment) will be fastened' 77
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
