It was He who produced for you hearing, eyes, and hearts, yet little is that you thank. 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 On the contrary they say things similar to what the ancients said. 81 They say, “Will we, when we die and turn into dust and bones, be raised again?” 82 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples." 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say, God's.' Say: 'Will you not then remember?' 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?" 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Rather, We have brought them the truth, and indeed they are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 knowing all that is beyond the reach of a created being's perception as well as all that can be witnessed by a creature's senses or mind and hence, sublimely exalted is He above anything to which they may ascribe a share in His divinity! 92
