The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11
