The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By the heaven of the constellations! 1 and by the promised Day, 2 by the witness and the witnessed, 3 That accursed are the men of the trench 4 Full of fire fed by faggots, 5 When they were sitting near it 6 And they, to what they were doing against the believers, were witnesses. 7 And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy, 8 To Him only belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is a Witness over all things. 9 Surely for those who persecute believers, men and women, and do not repent afterwards, is the punishment of Hell, and the punishment of burning. 10 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good, they shall have gardens beneath which rivers flow, that is the great achievement. 11 Verily, (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the Grip (Punishment) of your Lord is severe. 12 Indeed it is He Who initiates and redoes. 13 and He is the Ever Forgiving, the Most Loving 14 Lord of the Throne, the Glorious, 15 the Executor of what He wills. 16 Has the story of the hordes 17 [Those of] Pharaoh and Thamud? 18 Nay! The disbelievers (persisted) in denying (Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and his Message of Islamic Monotheism). 19 Whereas Allah is, from behind them, Encompassing. 20 Nay! it is a glorious Quran, 21 [Inscribed] in a Preserved Slate. 22
God the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
