The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 rushing to assault at morn, 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
