۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Thereupon We inspired Moses thus: Strike the sea with thy staff!" - whereupon it parted, and each part appeared like a mountain vast. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
