Nooh 2 of 2

Noah said: My Lord! Lo! they have disobeyed me and followed one whose wealth and children increase him in naught save ruin; 21 "And they have plotted a mighty plot. 22 And they say: By no means leave your gods, nor leave Wadd, nor Suwa; nor Yaghus, and Yauq and Nasr. 23 They have led many astray; so lead the wrongdoers to further error." 24 Because of their wrongs they were drowned, then made to enter fire, so they did not find any helpers besides Allah. 25 And Noah said: My Lord! Leave not one of the disbelievers in the land. 26 if You do, they will mislead Your servants and will only give birth to ungrateful sinners. 27 My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who enters my house believing, and the believing men and the believing women; and do not increase the unjust in aught but destruction! 28

God the Almighty always says the truth.
