In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

All praise is due to God, the Lord of the Universe; 2 Most beneficent, ever-merciful, 3 Master of the Day of Judgment. 4 (Lord), You alone We do worship and from You alone we do seek assistance 5 Show us the straight path, 6 The way of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings, not of those who have been condemned [by Thee,] nor of those who go astray! 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
