See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 The day on which We will gather those who guard (against evil) to the Beneficent Allah to receive honors 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but he shall come to the Most Compassionate Lord as His servant. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 and each one shall come to Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue that thou mayest bear good tidings thereby to the godfearing, and warn a people stubborn. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
