The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the Event (the resurrection) comes 1 there is no denying its coming 2 It will abase some and exalt others. 3 When the earth is shaken with convulsion 4 And the hills are ground to powder 5 so that they become as scattered dust 6 And ye will be three kinds: 7 So those on the Right Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Records in their right hands), Who will be those on the Right Hand? (As a respect for them, because they will enter Paradise). 8 Companions of the Left (O Companions of the Left!) 9 The foremost ones (in faith and virtue) - the foremost ones in receiving their reward. 10 Who will be honoured 11 in the Gardens of Bliss. 12 A numerous company from among the first, 13 but only a few from the later generations. 14 on lavish couches 15 they shall recline, facing each other, 16 There will circulate among them young boys made eternal 17 Carrying bowls and pitchers and cups filled with wine flowing before them. 18 a drink by which their minds will not be clouded nor will it cause drunkenness; 19 And with fruits, any that they may select: 20 And the flesh of fowls that they desire. 21 And pure, beautiful ones, 22 Like unto hidden pearls, 23 as reward for their deeds. 24 They shall not hear therein vain or sinful discourse, 25 All talk will be sound and upright. 26 The Companions of the Right Hand,- what will be the Companions of the Right Hand? 27 [They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed 28 And clustered plantains, 29 And in everlasting shade. 30 and flowing water, 31 And abundant fruit, 32 never-ending and unforbidden. 33 And maidens incomparable. 34 Surely We have made them to grow into a (new) growth, 35 We have made them virgins, 36 loving companions, matching in age, 37 for those on the Right, 38

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
