It will be announced to the unbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection): “Surely Allah's abhorrence of you when you were called to believe but you disbelieved was greater than is your abhorrence of yourselves today.” 10 They shall say, 'Our Lord, Thou hast caused us to die two deaths and Thou hast given us twice to live; now we confess our sins. Is there any way to go forth?' 11 That is because when Allah alone was called upon ye disbelieved, and when some one was associated with Him ye believed. So the judgment is of Allah, the Exalted, the Great. 12 It is He who shows you His signs and sends down to you from the sky, provision. But none will remember except he who turns back [in repentance]. 13 Worship God and be devoted to His religion even though the disbelievers dislike this. 14 God is the promoter of His servants and the owner of the Throne. He sends His spirit by His command to whichever of His servants He wants to warn them of the Day of Judgment. 15 the Day when they shall come forth [from death,] with nothing of themselves hidden from God. With whom will sovereignty rest on that Day? With God, the One who holds absolute sway over all that exists! 16 That Day will every soul be requited for what it earned; no injustice will there be that Day, for Allah is Swift in taking account. 17 Warn them against the Imminent Day when, choking with anguish, the hearts will be in their throats, the harmdoers will not have a single loyal friend, and there will be no intercessor to be obeyed. 18 He knows even the most stealthy glance of the eyes and all the secrets that hearts conceal. 19 God will judge with [justice and] truth: but those whom they invoke besides Him, have no power to judge at all. Surely, God is all hearing, all seeing. 20

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
