[O MEN! Pay heed to God's messages,] for it is He who has endowed you with hearing, and sight, and minds: [yet] how seldom are you grateful! 78 It is He Who has dispersed you all around the earth, and it is unto Him that you shall all be mustered. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 Rather, they say like what the former peoples said. 81 They say, “Will we, when we die and turn into dust and bones, be raised again?” 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before. It is but of the ancients' fictitious tales' 83 Say O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “To Whom does the earth and all that is in it belong to, if you know?” 84 They will surely say: "Allah's." Say: "Then why do you not take heed?" 85 Say: "Who is it that sustains the seven heavens and is enthroned in His awesome almightiness?" 86 They will surely say: God. Say thou: will ye not then fear? 87 Say: 'In whose Hands is the Kingdom of all things, He protects, and none protects against Him, if you have knowledge' 88 They will say: "(All that belongs) to Allah." Say: "How then are you deceived and turn away from the truth?" 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 God has not taken to Himself a son, nor is there any other deity besides Him; otherwise, each god would have walked away with what he had created. They would surely have tried to overcome one another. Glory be to God, above all that they ascribe to Him. 91 who has knowledge of the Unseen and the Visible; high exalted be He, above that they associate! 92
