Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 The food of the sinner! 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 Seize him, then drag him down into the middle of the hell; 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 Surely the godfearing shall be in a station secure 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 Wearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 There they will not know any death apart from the first death they had died, and will be kept safe from the torment of Hell 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
