[Mention, O Muhammad], the Day We will call forth every people with their record [of deeds]. Then whoever is given his record in his right hand - those will read their records, and injustice will not be done to them, [even] as much as a thread [inside the date seed]. 71 And whoever is blind in this [life] will be blind in the Hereafter and more astray in way. 72 They indeed sought to entice you away from what We revealed to you, hoping that you might invent something else in Our name; and then they would have accepted you as a close friend. 73 Indeed, had We not strengthened you, you might have inclined to them a little, 74 In that case We should have made thee taste an equal portion (of punishment) in this life, and an equal portion in death: and moreover thou wouldst have found none to help thee against Us! 75 They had nearly expelled you from the land and driven you away from it. But then, they too would have stayed but a little after you. 76 (This was Our) way with the messengers We sent before thee: thou wilt find no change in Our ways. 77
