And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
