Surely the God-fearing shall have Gardens of bliss with their Lord. 34 Shall We then make the Muslims like the culprits? 35 What is the matter with you? What sort of a judgement you impose! 36 Or have you a Book in which you read 37 Surely therein you shall have whatever you choose! 38 Or you have oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection that yours will be what you judge. 39 Ask then, which of them will stand thereof a surety? 40 Or is it that they have partners in worship? So they should bring their appointed partners, if they are truthful. 41 Upon the day when the leg shall be bared, and they shall be summoned to bow themselves, but they cannot; 42 Downcast will be their looks; abjectness will overspread them. Surely they had been called upon to prostrate themselves while yet they were whole. 43 Let Me alone with him who belieth this discourse; step by step We lead them on when they perceive not. 44 I am giving them a respite. Great is My scheme! 45 Or is it that thou dost ask them for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- 46 Or, is the Unseen with them, and they are writing it down! 47 Wait patiently for your Lord's judgement; do not be like the man who, having been swallowed by a whale, called out in distress. 48 Had not Grace from his Lord reached him, he would indeed have been cast off on the naked shore, in disgrace. 49 but [as it was,] his Sustainer had elected him and placed him among the righteous. 50 But the unbelievers would like to stare you out of balance when they hear the warning, and say: "Surely he is possessed;" 51 [Be patient:] for this is nought else but a reminder [from God] to all mankind. 52
