The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11
