the Originator of the heavens and the earth. How could He have a son when He has no consort? He created everything and is aware of everything! 101 This is God, your Lord, there is no God but Him, the Creator of all things, so worship Him; He is the guardian of all things. 102 Eyes do not encompass Him – and all eyes are within His domain*; He is the Most Subtle, the Fully Aware. (* control / knowledge) 103 Proofs have come unto you from your Lord, so whoso seeth, it is for his own good, and whoso is blind is blind to his own hurt. And I am not a keeper over you. 104 Thus do We explain Our revelations to them. Let them say,"You have learned (those statements) from other people." We want to explain Our revelations only to those who have knowledge. 105 Follow what thou art taught by inspiration from thy Lord: there is no god but He: and turn aside from those who join gods with Allah. 106 Had He willed they would not have been idolaters. We have not appointed you their guardian, nor are you their pleader. 107 Revile not those whom they invoke besides Allah, lest they may spitefully revile Allah without knowledge. Thus fair-seeming unto every community We have made their work. Then unto their Lord is their return, and then He will declare unto them that which they were wont to work. 108 They solemnly swear by Allah that if a sign is given to them they would believe in it. Say: 'Signs are only with Allah' And how can you tell if it comes they will not believe' 109 And We will turn away their hearts and their eyes just as they refused to believe in it the first time. And We will leave them in their transgression, wandering blindly. 110
