Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 and the criminals will be driven and thrown into hell, 86 They will have no power of intercession, save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord. 87 And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)]." 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but he shall come to the Most Compassionate Lord as His servant. 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
