Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I swear by all that you can see, 38 And what you do not see 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
