And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). 16 When the two Receivers receive (him), seated on the right hand and on the left, 17 There is not a word he utters but an observer is ready (to make note of it). 18 The trance of death will come revealing the truth: that is what you were trying to escape. 19 The trumpet will certainly be sounded. This will be the day (about which you) were threatened. 20 And there shall come every soul therewith shall be a driver and a witness. 21 (It will be said): 'Of this you have been heedless. Therefore, we have now removed your covering. Today your sight is sharp' 22 His companion said: “Here is he who was in my charge.” 23 Do cast into hell every ungrateful, rebellious one, 24 Forbidder of good, exceeder of limits, doubter, 25 who has set up another god besides God: cast him into severe punishment" -- 26 ۞ His companion will say: Our Lord! I did not lead him into inordinacy but he himself was in a great error. 27 Allah will say: wrangle not in My presence, and I had already proferred unto you the threat. 28 The word will not be changed with Me, and never will I be unjust to the servants." 29
