The Night (Al-Layl)
21 verses, revealed in Mecca after The All High (Al-A'alaa) before Dawn (Al-Fajr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the night when it covers 1 and the day as it rises bright! 2 And the creating of the male and the female, 3 Verily your endeavour is diverse. 4 Then as for him who giveths and feareth Him. 5 And believed the best matter to be true 6 We will indeed make smooth for him the path to Bliss. 7 But as for him who is niggardly, and thinks that he is self-sufficient, 8 And rejects the best, 9 We shall pave his way to hardship, 10 and what will his wealth avail him when he goes down [to his grave]? 11 Indeed guiding is upon Us. 12 And lo! unto Us belong the latter portion and the former. 13 Therefore I warn you of the fire that flames: 14 Which only the most wretched must endure, 15 Who belieth and turneth away. 16 And Al-Muttaqun (the pious and righteous - see V. 2:2) will be far removed from it (Hell). 17 [He] who gives [from] his wealth to purify himself 18 not as payment for any favours that he received, 19 But only seeking the countenance of his Lord, Most High. 20 and before long he will be well satisfied. 21
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
