▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 And this surely is great evidence if you can understand -- 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Why, then, when the soul of the dying man reaches the throat, 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 Then, if he be of those brought nigh the Throne, 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 Then there is safety and peace (from the Punishment of Allah) for (you as you are from) those on the Right Hand. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
God the Almighty always says the truth.
