We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 and We have guarded it from every accursed devil: 17 save him who may eavesdrop, and then a bright flame pursues him. 18 And the earth! We have stretched it out and have cast thereon mountains firm, and We have caused to spring up thereon everything weighed. 19 And We have provided therein means of living, for you and for those whom you provide not [moving (living) creatures, cattle, beasts, and other animals]. 20 And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 And well do We know [the hearts and deeds of all human beings - both] those who lived before you and those who will come after you; 24 And verily, your Lord will gather them together. Truly, He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. 25
