To whoever We give a long life We make him stoop. Do they not understand? 68 And We have not taught him poetry, nor it befitteth him. This is but an admonition and a Recital luminous: 69 that he may warn him who is alive and establish an argument against those that deny the Truth. 70 Do they not see that, among the things which Our hands have fashioned, We have created for them cattle of which they are the masters, 71 And We have subjected them to them, so some of them they have to ride upon, and some of them they eat. 72 other uses also they have in them, and beverages. What, will they not be thankful? 73 They chose idols besides God in the hope of receiving help from them, but they will not be able to help them. 74 They cannot help them, though they be hosts made ready for them. 75 However, be not grieved by the sayings of those [who deny the truth]: verily, We know all that they keep secret as well as all that they bring into the open. 76 Doth not man see that it is We Who created him from sperm? yet behold! he (stands forth) as an open adversary! 77 And he invents an example for Us, while forgetting his own creation, saying, “Who is such that can revive the bones when they have completely rotted away?” 78 Say: He will give life to them Who brought them into existence at first, and He is cognizant of all creation 79 [It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite. 80 Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of these? Yea! He is the Supreme Creator, the Knower. 81 When He wills a thing, His command is to say to it 'Be', and it is! 82 Therefor Glory be to Him in Whose hand is the dominion over all things! Unto Him ye will be brought back. 83
