The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 And raiding at dawn 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 Penetrating deep into the armies, 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 and that which is in the breasts is brought out -- 10 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
